Every day when the sun sets, they have to fortify the house and make sure the lights are dimmed due to the nocturnal creatures that have populated our planet (more on the creatures later). It is also implied that due to how the earth has been polluted that the pollution itself is what drew to an alien invasion.
Sometimes Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction
But the film is not without its merits. Brian Cranston (If you don’t know who Tim Whatley, Hal Wilkerson, or Walter White are, you’re a lost cause) plays a brilliant antagonist. The always-amazing Sam Rockwell steals the show, Bryce Dallas Howard is great as the reluctant participant in the whole scenario. Excellent gunplay and choreography.

There needs to be a return to raunchy humor. Dogs might pull in the parents and kids, but Strays is real, and raunchy, dirty dog humor. Strays is what exalts the stray in all humanity, men, it’s mostly men who can relate. Lost animals, running wild, feeling unabashed, abandoned, and unloved in their life…. with some hidden shame wait.
